Hillsboro Elementary second graders had a marvelous time designing and mailing out their Valentine's Day cards.
Cards were mailed to residents at both Mile Stone and Hinze House, as well as veterans living in skilled-care homes through the Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs.
