I learned what I wanted to do for the rest of my life throughout the course of freshman year.
Literature has been a big part of my life and my interests for as long as I can remember. With that said, Forensics provided me with an opportunity to express my passion, as well as practice my craft for whatever the future holds for me. Though, throughout the high school, it’s clear to me that I’m not the only one who feels this way.
This year, 12 Forensics Team members made it to the state competition at UW-Madison. As for me, it was my second time making it in the three years I’ve participated.
Although nerve-wracking to some extent, the state competition is an amazing opportunity for all who work hard enough to make it, and along with that, there’s a lot of pride that comes with it.
