In preparation for winter athletics, high school student-athletes participated in a morning conditioning camp.
The conditioning camp focused on footwork, speed, agility, and strength training. Athletes did various circuit training workouts throughout the two week camp. Those who attended the class pushed themselves to new limits and showed tremendous progress. An average of 35 athletes attended daily, with many not missing a single workout.
The conditioning camp was a great kick off to the winter sports seasons.
