On May 28th, Hillsboro middle and high school students rolled up their sleeves and spread out across the community for a morning dedicated to service. Partnering with local residents who signed up for assistance, students tackled a variety of projects aimed at improving the local landscape and helping those in need.
From creating on-campus hammock parks to picking up litter along roadsides, the morning served as an opportunity to make an impact in the area. Students assisted at a local farm with fence repairs, while others tackled yard cleanups and property improvements for participating residents. Those who remained on campus focused on sprucing up the school building, ensuring a clean and inviting environment for everyone.
This Community Cleanup Day served as a powerful demonstration of Tiger Pride and a commitment to fostering a spirit of service and leaving a positive impact on the community.
