Jazmin Wagner visits agriculture classes.

Hillsboro High School agriculture students recently had the privilege of learning from a special guest: Wisconsin FFA State Secretary, Jazmin Wagner. Ms. Wagner visited Mrs. Schmidt's agriculture classes to discuss the importance and benefits of the FFA program.

The FFA has an established history in shaping the state's agricultural landscape. From its early days as a club for aspiring farmers to its current status as a diverse organization embracing a wide range of agricultural interests, the FFA continues to cultivate a sense of community and purpose for members. During the visit, the Ms. Wagner shared valuable insights into leadership and communication skills, the various paths members can take in their leadership development journey, and the enduring relevance of the FFA in a world of evolving agricultural practices and needs.

The School District of Hillsboro is committed to cultivating a love of learning, student excellence, and a dedication to service. Our agriculture program is playing a vital role in preparing the next generation of agricultural leaders for the challenges and opportunities of the 21st century.
