It was a record-breaking year for the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire’s Annual High School Honor Bands! 350 high school musicians, 78 schools, 3 honor bands, and 1 brand new facility!
Congratulations to the 8 musicians who were selected. They rehearsed all day and attended masterclasses with UW-Eau Claire music faculty and sectionals led by the college students. Strong work by all! #HSDGoTigers #TigerProud

Autumn, Emma, M. Laskowski, and Ethan took on the extra challenge of participating in an art contest sponsored by the Wisconsin Association of School Boards and the Wisconsin Art Education Association!
Each school in Wisconsin can submit four entries and this year's theme is "Striving for Excellence".
The art will be on display at the 2019 State Education Convention in January in Milwaukee. These entrants will represent Hillsboro in this showcase of Wisconsin Students!
