Who is ready for the field trip to the American Players Theatre tomorrow?!
Ms. Madden's AP Literature class is getting ready to see William Shakespeare's comedy Twelfth Night. They are currently getting to know the characters, making connections, learning background knowledge, and reading a summary of the play.
Ms. Madden wants to make sure students dress for the weather tomorrow! Cool in the morning but it will warm up quickly during the afternoon. Sunglasses, a hat, and maybe even sunscreen are a must and don't forget to bring a lunch/snacks. We'll be stopping at Peck's on the way back to school. #HSDGoTigers

Join us this weekend for our Community Open Houses! We have done so much to update and improve our school buildings and we want to show the community what we've accomplished thus far. Everything from a bathroom remodel to a new courtyard play area - we want to show it all!
These open houses will take place on Friday, September 20th, from 4:30-6:30 pm as well as Saturday, September 21st, from 2-4 pm.
We hope you can join us!

The high school took a step into upgraded technology, for the training of students, with this HAAS CNC mill!
Students will be able to design functional parts on laptops, covert to code, then produce parts in metal on this new machine. Many manufacturing facilities utilize machines like this one to produce high quality precision parts. It also came with three simulators for students to learn coding and program set up in the classroom.
What an amazing opportunity for students to learn how to use this valuable technology. Proud to be a Tiger! #HSDGoTigers

Don't forget to take advantage of the Universal Free Breakfast at the elementary school!
